Again, the shading is still superficial at this point for mockup purposes. The 'BK' type is also a placeholder, just to see how that relationship plays out.
Ah, this is so beautiful. That 'H' is insane, I absolutely love it. Can't believe how naturally you pulled off its swashes! (Not to mention the extended stroke from the 'r'). The type underneath is going to work really nicely too, it fits so well. My only criticism is that the 'a' feels a bit big/heavy, particularly right next to that 'e' which seems a little overpowered. i'm not sure if it's the counters or simply just that the 'a' extends higher.. Anyway though, particularly stunning piece.
I of course read the the word 'Heather' but I also saw 'J leather'. My eye picked out the word 'leather' then saw the J. Maybe have no shading on the bridge between the two halves of the H.
This is ridiculous, Michael. The fact that the 't' doesn't connect to anything does seem a little strange to me, though. Especially with the way the 'H's so elaborately connect.
Simply gorgeous. I can see what @Cory is saying but looking at the other letters, the fact that there's textured shading only on a single side I think completes the look. Brilliantly executed, man. I absolutely love this.

Still wrestling with my curves...

Rocking it Michael! I agree with @Chris DeLorenzo in the the bottom of the 't' and the 'h' are a little bit awkward as a complete flat line.

Yeah, this is curvy. Love the 't + h' overlap. Don't know how you do this.
