    For homework in my Advanced Digital Imaging class, we had to create a surrealist photo composite, and it required a balloon used in some way. I was dog-sitting, so I could only use the things that were in my friend's apartment. He has cool stuff. So this is a sneak peak at what I came up with. Everything is photographed originally (thanks to my friend, Michael), and nothing is stock or from online.

    "I was dog-sitting." I love how the photo jives with that. I also love the textures and mood. That couch is killer, btw. Would look at home in my parents Victorian living room.

    Was the framed photo separate and composited in? The shadow seems a little "off" but I can't tell why.

    Brilliant Jina. The only thing I would say it is missing is some surrealist painting with golden frames on the wall. I know a cliché but still, pretty needed! :)
