This is for a reporting application. Shown here is one of several dashboard panels that are on the screen at one time. Swipe left or right to see a new panel (e.g., Weather app). Blue header acts as filtering for the data.

I like it. Have you considered making the lines separating the different rating categories lighter? I think they might look better with less contrast, similar to the standard iPhone UITableViewCells.

The higher contrast between each row was to emphasize the clickability of each item, which changed the graph below. Perhaps it was affordance overkill. :) The version that we settled on is as you suggested.
