Had to take a short break from this guy to deal with some pressing projects...but it's back with a quick progress update: V3 is a go, and just working on hammering out a few form factor tweaks, color solutions, etc. Not quite finalized yet...but we're getting there.

Didn't get a chance to follow up with everyone RE comments on the previous post, but you guys know how much I appreciate all the feedback!

I love the concept. I want it to have less depth though - I think I look at and think, "hey if I look at that from the top, it's actually shaped like a cat iris." That's my brain for you.

This is really nice @Michael Spitz! One thing, can you put batman in the negative space? thanks. :p

Very nice, color adds so much to this design.

Love it @Michael. New curves work better.

The red makes sense here, but I miss the cinematic punch your old contrast gave. Perhaps you could add some blue to the darker red to get that?

(Although that might also pull the under-layer (bright red) towards the eye and push the foreground layer back though… which may be good or bad… don't really know. Could be awkward or balancing.)

    Also you're my favourite.

This is great, but there are few things you need to adjust. The shadow from the bottom orange.. why is it there? a\And if there is a shadow there, wouldn't be one on top, too? Where the two shapes combine..

Just checked your previous iteration and this one is actually much improved :-) . Like better this color combination and the shadow details look sharp.

Instead of tweaking maybe you could just lose all the shadows and there won't be any confusions.

Michael, kind of wish the holes at the side continued on the flip side at the back. Just my opinion, really like it though...

Nice improvement, I like those subtle shadows, and the negative space in the heart is way better like this ! It really makes a great mark, I love it !
