Post hawk provides a platform for online retailers to track and analyze lost/unsuccessful shipments. This Chrome browser extension allows customer service representatives to easily record the status of unsuccessful shipment orders from their Shopify store and tag their response/resolution. This data then feeds into a larger analytics dashboard to track data and gain insights.
