Not loving the colors at all, but it's tough to make it really clear that even company names are clickable unless they're blue. Otherwise, they just feel like headings. It feels a little too blue, so maybe I need to revisit my choice for hyperlink colors throughout.
Take a cue from the iPad, I also switched the top portion so that there wasn't dead space and the need for a label. Almost every label that I tried felt awkward, so it seemed prudent to modify the design to remove the need for a label at all.
Moving it to the side makes it feel less natural as a "drop down", and it covers up the navigation which makes it feel a little less busy, but it also hides some context.
The project switcher adapted for milestone filtering on the issue listing page. It still doesn't feel quite right, but it feels like it's at least getting close.
