This is a screwdriver set icon which has taken me around 7 hours to create. Again, everything has been created by hand in Photoshop...around 80 or so layers I think (at last count!)
Because of the sheer amount of detail in this icon, I've thrown up a 3-step Pixel view to show each of the stages as they were being designed. Essentially I designed the screwdrivers, then seated them in the case, then designed the lid on top.
I love it, but I wonder what you think? Feedback always welcome.

Those darn close-ups are purty
Lots of work... great job!
Screwdrivers are brilliant @Mike Beecham but maybe consider shadows under?
Nice Job @Mike Beecham Love the detail!
Looks great! The texture and detail of the lid on top are so awesome
Love that sticker, man! + I used to work there! Nice work! :)
Think you could fit three in there!
Awesome details. That sticker looks sooooo good :)
Amazing work man, really well done. Thanks for showing the process as well!
great work @Mike Beecham
Aw man you're screwed
looks good @Mike Beecham ! The shading on the left screw-driver handle looks more believable than the right one. Not sure if its the blur, or the shape of the shadow. Either way, looks good.
really nice. Love the subtle ribbed(?) lines on the outside
Great !!! Super Cool.
