   Sort of redesigning my site, http://thisismarkus.com, making stuff simpler and lighter.

   Should I use the row of icons on top or at the bottom?
   Which eMail icon should I use?

   I vote for the top row, though the circle envelope doesn't really look like an envelope and the rectangular one isn't a circle like the others...

   You could try fitting a smaller envelope into the circle while only letting the corners be slightly cropped.

   Loving that page fold! The top ones are much nicer, and I think the round envelope is recognisable enough.

   Just use the gray and white and try fitting more envelope outlines into the circle. No need for a background color. Just like all of the basketball outlines fit in the dribbble icon circle. Worth a shot at any rate. :)
