   To me this looks more like a life-saving-ring than a chip, but that might be due to the colors :)..

   It's got some blurry/rough edges and I think you overdid the texturing on the red/white ring, the background of the P also looks way too deep and out of context with the circle, but that's just my opinion.

   I like the idea tho!
