I made this over the weekend to experiment with and upcoming project I am working on. I attached a free 8.5x11 poster if you want it.

Sick work man.
Amazing, we love it!
Letterforms and color are looking very nice:)
I am still trying to get the textures down. Stay tuned.
Love that texture!
I'm pretty sure you have the textures down already. Those textures are badass!
Very nice! The noise looks a bit odd up close, but that's not the focus, that type is amazing!
the type is rad, Nick!
i love this! is it just me or have you not attached the full version yet?
Waiting is too hard :-( Loving those letters, and the 3D-ish stuff you've been coming up with lately!
NICK ON FIRE!!
@fabio perez @Joseph Alessioh@Karli Ingersoll @▲Claudiu Ungureanu @Mike Moloney @Derrick Kempf @Mike DelGuidice @James Bruno @Ryan Marshall @Matt Withers @Creative Goat @Daryl Ginn Thanks everyone for the great feedback, support and love! I think I nailed the textures so please check it out and let me know what you think? Enjoy ;)
I LOVE it!
Looks fantastic @Nick Slater!
I am curious...how would it look without the texture though?
Looks much better ;) Could also work without the texture as stated above ;) ^^
@Nikita Prokhorov & @Mike Moloney How about now?
Maybe it's just me, but I love it! The texture works great on the background itself, but when it's on top of the letters, it's almost feels extra and unneeded. But, I have been wrong before. ;)
@Nikita Prokhorov Man you been drink slater hater-ade :P No I totally agree! I am always torn between textures and no textures. But, I have only been doing custom type for 8 months so I am still learning.
Nothin' but love for ya Slater. And...only 8 months? You could've fooled me! Looks fantastic...
PS. ...without the texture! ;)
@Nikita Prokhorov One love man! :P I was just kidding! My co workers have on going joke when they make a joke I say stop slater hating and then they email me with a spoof of gatorade name slater - ade.
You should be a featured guest on Friends of Type!
