This shot is to solve two problems with the following.

The first one can be used at the situation that some elements like descriptions don't have a certain length. We can move the divider line to give the description a flexible space to adapt the length.

The second one can be used at some UGC Apps. For example, we can display the images or videos to give the users a general impression of the authors.
