@Lindsay Goldner Are you honestly saying that I'm not allowed to use a fountain pen nib because you have? Wow.

Blatant plagiarism. Reminded me of this. http://www.penhero.com/365_2010/ParkerSonnetFlighter80004.jpg

@Lindsay Goldner You really have some cheek LOL. For a start, I have no idea who you are. My inspiration for this was my friend Prekesh Chavda's logo and MetaLab's logo and I don't see them crying about it, plus, It's different to yours in SO MANY WAYS. Jesus.

Yep, dribbble records lots of first things, this doesn't mean you are the 'owner' or the best.

What is your next step if it is such a problem?

@Lindsay Goldner I understand there's a fine line between inspiration and plagiarism but even if it does bear a strong resemblance to other works which Haydn has openly mentioned, it still doesn't look much like your idea at all. Even the combination of elements you mentioned doesn't hold any relationship to yours. It's clearly a 'mashup' of Prekesh's work and the Metalab logo.

And in regards to the pen nib idea, it has been done a million times before, including by me, but it still doesn't give me or anyone else ownership of the idea or metaphor, especially given that it's fairly obvious to begin with.

Try and get a clearer definition of plagiarism in your mind before you throw accusations around.

Plagiarism, you used Photoshop and so did I on most of my work.

    Nice logo ;)

@Haydn Woods and @Lindsay Goldner It’s a logo that’s been done a thousand times. I drew mine when I did because it was something I doodled, I don't use it seriously. I’m still working on something a bit more original + logos don’t really matter for an individual anyway. My face is my identity.

@Prekesh Chavda Exactly, I had drawn it for a laugh, I'm not gonna go out and make billions on it. I seriously don't know who @Lindsay Goldner is or why she is doing this. She needs to chill out and stop looking for work to say she had something to do with it, tbh, I don't care, @Lindsay Goldner THIS IS NOW YOUR DESIGN YOU OWN IT ALL, I COPIED YOU PIXEL FOR PIXEL.

    Happy?
