Nice, you managed to get the proper feeling for such a website! At a first sight what reached my eye is just the adobe pdf icon.. is that really necessary? the "download pdf" button would probably be enough and it would look cleaner. Would also work in the bottom allignment a bit more
Nice organic form, but I guess the top menu will be hard to make with html/css? Maybe a bit challenging with how the large image crops the three bottom tables as well.

The curved top menu has a very nice feel. The slideshow bleeds for me too (iMac firefox). Probably some z-index/overflow issue.
