Thanks Darren. Yes its a hybrid. A design from Solidworks exported to DXF then into Flash ( for DXF import reasons) then into photoshop for detail. The secret to getting it crisp is working massive, then scaling it down.
Ah yes - you gotta love the import/export hacks you need for 3D sometimes. The detail here is great + colouring make it appear human, in that it looks almost like muscle tissue.
