About the Beer: About the Beer: A sublime exploration of fresh citrus flavors joined with the sweet signature smoothness of flaked corn and lactose. It starts with the base of our trademark cream ale, medium-light bodied, a smooth beer that is gold in color due to its specialty crafted grain blend of Pale NYS and Munich Malts, Flaked Corn and Barley. But it's the massive portion of Citra Specialty Hops that provide the delicious citrus punch. The effect is a creamy ale that is higher in alcohol, but still uber drinkable, a modern take on a classic style that is oh so refreshing.
