   Taking into account the context, which in this case is the background, only the bottom 2 provide enough contrast to be considered IMO. Also because the contrast of the background is so similar to that of the symbol (for the top 2) the shadow doesn't render well.

   Personally I like the bottom left for it's pastel characteristics.

    tbh I find them all quite messy actually. Maybe try something like this or this to create an effect more like this. But of course in the chosen color scheme. The mark is great though!

    I think bottom left has the most strength. The white dot in the center stands out more in this version which makes it seem more defined. I also agree with @Hian... It depends what the brand is about.
