   My first attempt at creating an icon/logo. This is Carogram, an Instagram iPad app which is inspired by a slide projector. Could really use some feedback on this! Detailed view attached.

   Hmm. I'm not quite sure about the bevel/emboss on Unlock and Lock. Maybe try for something simpler, like the numbers on the outer rim? I also think that since this is an icon, the detail (vertical lines on the framing circle) would be lost, especially when made smaller. I think it needs a bit more depth, as well.

   I do like the gradient stroke used as an outline for the red circle. Very nice! Overall good job on your first attempt at an icon/logo. :)
