1. Pro Ryan Putnam

   A simple icon I did for the latest Vectips post. I'm taking a hiatus from Vectips and focusing on things like Rype Arts, Vector Mill, and other side projects like Amperbranch. I've been doing Vectips for a little over four years so it will be a change, but I just can't keep up anymore!

   4 years already! Thanks for all these great tutorials and tips, I've learned so much with Vectips, and it was for me the main resource to check every week. Sad to see you stopping it, but I'm glad that VectorMill and your studio works well!

    Thanks for the vectips site. Sorry to see it come to an end. After nearly ten years of using Illustrator professionally, I still found things on your site that I didn't know that you could do .

    A month or so I had to create some original seamless patterns. I looked at this tutorial. I had no idea that you could use an empty rectangle as the bottom shape to clip your art.

    This saved me tons of time and headaches. Thanks again!
