since the release of the Chrome browser on iOS i haven't kept it on my iPad for a couple of reasons one of them is because of my OCD kicking in and not wanting to have 2 Browser apps and another is the icon itself.
i decided to make my own version and a slight style change of the original version.
You will notice that the new Chrome icon is similar to another app released earlier onto the app store called Sync Chrome Pro, this icon looks better and utilises Googles colours better also while keeping the Chrome look so i thought i would use that idea minus the Sync icon and again add my own styling.
feedback from you guys is always welcome :)
attached the fixed icon as the green section was sticking out a little on the right icon :(

Agreed that the icon lacks simple/basic imagination, the one on the right is a no brainer imo and was what i expected from Google so i was disappointed also!
None the less, the browser it's self is great :)
all the people are being crazy about chrome nice design! I think I should try one :P
I agree, the right one is much better.
The green sticks out a bit.
Wondefull icon :)
it appears that way yeah, although looking at it closely in PS the pixels surrounding it align perfectly.
but you are right it looks as if it's too far out :(
@Gijs Rogé i think this is better ;) BOOOOM
love that you are also OCD about this!
cheers for the comments guys :) much appreciated.
PSD has been attached now :)
