I love the tree! My suggestions would be to experiment with the radius of your main shape. I would be a little concerned with the word "group" not being legible at smaller sizes such as this when printed. Did I mention I love the tree?

sharing the same opinion about the tree with @Joe Godbee ! Really great tree there! Maybe you could take the "group" word out of the shape?...and make the oakview text as big as the shape?...you could try some variations on that idea ;)

How about making the white space (above the type and bellow the tree) eye- shaped? One eye on each side. You'd have something very special then. But it's still very good!
