   Love the play on negative space here. Immediately see the pen and the people.

   Only suggestions is...the center dot (which I know is part of the pen) looks a bit strange if your mind perceives the pen first. What if you make that dot more like a though bubble which may further imply thinking, collaboration, etc?

   This is definitely much stronger conceptually than the previous version.
