   Overall, it looks very promising: a nice focus on the main working area, good notifications, though I'm not sold on the light sidebar texture. It's unnecessary and distracts the eyes.

   I also see some vertically misaligned labels ("Home" & "Work) and I don't understand why there's a difference between "Task" and "Manager" title. It's not consistent and also distracts from the rest of UI.

   I would also make the "Add new task" a standard, but bigger, input field to make it more prominent, as I guess this will be the primary task to be performed on this screen, right?

   Other than these, the UI looks solid from a UX and graphical standpoint. You've put a lot of work and it shows. Keep it up! :)
