Gliding to membership

To improve the quality of engineers on our outsourcing platform, we decided to take a preliminary test before allowing sign ups.

This is a rebound to my previous shot for pre- sign up assessment wherein i describe the rationale behind a few design decisions.

--Checking and scoring is explicitly shown to consume time because sometimes slower UX is better UX.

--Tests usually tense people up. Natural animations are intended to put them at ease.

Positive test results are expected to evoke positive emotions. But failure can be intimidating. How do you declare to someone they're rejected? We'll try to come up with something soon.

Meanwhile, please let me know your feedback in comments.
