    Well here it is, Live Tool number 4. A handy little online icon builder that lets you create and download your creations in png or base64. The favicon preview setting is also pretty handy.

    I think the only thing it lacks is an eye dropper tool. I'll have to add that at some point in the future.

    It looks great! I'm having trouble uploading into the gallery, it let's me browse and find an image but doesn't add it to the gallery, and there are now buttons to do it manually. Are the limitations on what you can upload? I.E. files size, file format, dimensions?
