    Small update: the app is almost finished and I’m really happy with the result. I toned down the design a lot to let the content (awesome imagery) shine, and not interfere with a distracting UI. This is one example of a hud that’s in line with iOS’s own mute / unmute hud. I humbly think mine is a bit nicer though, with icons that have a glassy transparency.
