Although I am not quite sure if it works on IE though, but it should definitely work on webkit browsers. You could always chose to include the excellent smile.polyfill.js polyfill.

Seems a tad broken in FF 13 on Mac. Black bar at the top which has your name/title in (un-viewable unless drag/select).
The nav is awesome tho!
