   Hey Kyee, good start. Here are my comments:

   I don't like the way the login fields look. I would prefer a little wider in width, and less height. They just look odd to me.

   I'm assuming that the "manage your relationships better area" is a hover state, but if it isn't I would much rather have it as such.

   For the navigation menu in the header, I would try to space them out a bit and add a slightly rounded corner box as the background hover state. It adds something extra to it personally.

   The tagline doesn't stand out enough to me. I like the font. Maybe try upping the font size a tad bit, and going with darker shade of the color you're using now.

   In the footer, I would prefer to have company listing above the letters and centered instead. Give the footer navigation the same treatment as the footer. Also, add some space between the copyright statement and navigation above it.

   On the 3bays.html page, the the tagline copy starting with "3bays" is under the same situation as the tagline in the header on the other page. What I mentioned there should work here too.

   Good clean design overall, great work!
