Nice treatment. Why is the line drop shadow treatment stronger than the type drop shadow treatment? It seems like they should be switched to call out the type more. Nice typography!
I found that it was becoming a bit messy if both carried the same opacity, switching them sounds like a great idea though. I'll definitely take that on board when I next get to work on it.

Approached with the idea of coming up with a site for a pub so I've been playing around with pub type logos.
