Adding to the set I guess. Feedback is welcome. (No, I'm not going to put an arrow in the middle).
I'm going to change the colours of the rings to something a bit more creative when I get a chance.

The arrows are great. The only thing bothering me is the white part that seems a bit embossed in the red part.
Love it :)
@Guillaume Gaubert That's the idea ;p
@Jack Bingham It's for you to hit ;)
all the edges seem really dark and harsh, especially on the arrows.
awww man so crisp, love it!
@Jake Moore I know :/ I tried having them softer but it made it look like a blur. I'm going to refine in a couple hours when my brain different. LOL
@Prekesh Chavda You have to make sure you have correct brain.
The darts' upper edges need to be lighter, not softer. Shading strokes realistically keeps the icon from looking too "line-art-y".
Either every red part should have a darker stroke, or the blue circle shouldn't, so that they match.
I think the embossing on the edge might be better replaced with a wooden rim, or simply eliminated.
The shadows from the darts would look much better with a non-uniform blur [I think you can use the focus blur filter to achieve this], here's an example of it.
Colors look so united-states-of-american that it affects the meaning of the icon [let's shoot the U.S. flag, it seems to say :D] so definitely agree that some color changes could help strengthen the intended meaning. I like the bright colors, but it's better to find some colors that don't have such a strong "baggage" of meaning–especially when combined with the stripes.
Maybe dividing the rings into smaller chunks, like in a real dartboard, could increase the strength of the "dartboard" concept, although it adds a fair bit of complexity as well :/ this one could go either way.
Fits very well with the rest of the set, with is shaping up to be legendary. Nice concept, layout, execution. And a big high-five for using dribbble as a place to ask for feedback and develop as an artist rather than just showing off your mad skills ;)
I thought you were taking a "break"? LOL I'd say make the wood of the arrows a lighter color so they stand out a little more.
તમે વચ્ચે નિશાન લગાવો નય કે જયાં ત્યાં ! ;)
Really Nice !
@Ollin you are the best! Thank you, I'll make sure I work on those :3 I tried a different board-style with different colours last night. I'll post updates later today :D
nice @Prekesh Chavda
Nice one, Prekesh.
BTW.....Happy Birthday my friend and good luck in your new year of life. ;)
