I'm continuing to work on the task manager application that you can see here. Development and design are coming along rather nicely, IMHO.
Have a look at the attached fullscreen, and as usual, let me know what you think, even if you hate it. ;)

Really, really good affordance you've created here. The outer black rim gives it a socket-like appearance that works very well. I'd tap that... 8O (sry)
I somehow want it to have a harder edge tho, between the black rim and white box... This might only be an issue when "zoomed in", ie. not in it's actual dimensions.
And yea, radius ;)
edited multiple times due to fat fingers on iPad keyboard.

Task Manager Tool Tip V2

I took a lot of what you all said into consideration in revising the tool tip seen here. I also went with a little lighter and cleaner color as I felt it matched the overall UI a bit better.
What do you think? Step forward, or step back?
