Not purely design related, but watch out for the trap of falling in love with your own metaphors. For example you should probably replace the "New Seeds" heading with "New Job Listings" altogether. If you have to explain the metaphor, then it's not really working.
haha I hear you Curtis, it's all photoshop but my challenge is going to be recreating this in CSS3 and using as little images as possible. I pretty much have it mapped out in my head, thanks again, your vector work is sooo sick
