I love the colors and such, but I think the experience and over all layout is not ideal for an ecommerce. You have heavy focus on the interface and little on the product. Let the content/product consume your real estate as your UI is there just to aid the user.
Good stuff though!

@Eric Hoffman first of all thank you so much for the feedback its worth to my design :) I would definitely agree with you about content part I am still doing some research on it to add some more content this is the first phase of design and as I said this is a theme so I will be working on it in my spare time only. I will do add some more details to it and upload it when ready :)

colors are great but I feel like the text could be better.
as @Eric Hoffman said, there definitely needs to be more of a passive role taken on by the UI and more of a front seat for the products themselves.

Nice work bro.
I think its missing a selected color state of the t-shirt that is currently displayed, i mean if the listing is showing green colored t-shirt as a default then the green color box should be somehow highlighted so the user's can know what is currently selected and thus it gives them a sense that they can select available colors from here.
And also you should consider @Eric Hoffman words on it, cause if this is going to be a template, then i guess you should included maximum flexibility to it which can lead to better sales.
More or less need some things to work out, but the colors are working very well and the layout as well. Is this going to include iPhone 4 version (Retina Display) ?
