   I think it's cool, but is missing an inner shadow on the OFF switch, right? And I would make the switch button a little bit lighter, to give more contrast.

   UPDATE: But thinking better, all your design is without layer style. Why you don't keep like that on the switches and fonts also? I believe it would look even better! :)

   personally i like the really subtle layer styles. but then again with your audience you can probably get away with no layer styles and still have the buttons read properly
