   Real nice! I'd make the connection between the 'n' and the 'e' a bit smoother if possible — it looks kinda severe compared to the 'on'

   So nice, this is really distinctive and beautifully executed. I love the curves on the 'n' in particular and good suggestion by @Trevor on the connection to the 'e'. I'm not usually drawn to brighter colours too often, but yours are always perfect.
