Well, the first thing I thought when I saw it was Pacman. I actually miss that game. Anywho, I like the texture you added to the green in it. To me it adds good detail touch, and contrast to add a strong enchanting focus on that part of the logo.
Also, good choices in the levels for your green and blue. Each one is set just to the right setting where they aren't battling with each other, but don't take anything away from the other. I see a lot of people not able to do this.
I like how you used a tear drop shape to symbolize the water in the tree, I am of course assuming here, and the interior green one to symbolize the leaf part of the tree.
The only thing I'm questioning here is the drop shadow under the tree. It just seems to strong to me. Overall though, great work as always Aaran!
