Beginning stages of branding for a gluten-free bakery in Park City, UT.
The branding is going "prohibition" style with a modern flair.
Any thoughts, suggestions, hmm?

I could see tightening up "A Gluten Free Bakery" and "The Redemption". they seem a little spaced out. Not sure if the banner is really doing anything. If it contained the tagline or year it would make more sense, give it purpose, etc.
"The Redemption" part looks fantastic though. The way the R dips below the e makes me smile. Well played. Excited to see where this ends up.

Something about the 'The' is throwing me off a bit... I'm wondering what it may look like if 'The' is above Redemption, and 'Gluten Free Bakery' is underneath, and maybe put the 'EST 2010' inside the ribbon. Just a thought.

Very pretty. Pull the elements closer together through a rhythmically pleasing series of shapes that flow together as one. The decorative banner element below could be a lot smaller, if it's needed at all. What visual clue might say prohibition better than it does?
