TRACI ChatBot

TRACI is the first Messenger chatbot in the Philippines.

It's a bot where applicants can apply through Messenger and track their progress for their applications. It was launched last year 2018 and won an award in IDC Philippines for the Talent Accelerator of the Year.

Designing conversation is quite tricky but with the help of the stakeholders and teammates we've come up with a solution that can benefit both business and users.
