looks great, feels like the longer arm of the tick isn't quite long enough/ shorter not short enough - too close to a downward pointing arrow.

Agreed with @Jon Bellamy
And maybe the light grey container for the cloud could be white, in order to increase the contrast, since the text is a light grey, you might not be able to differentiate the text and the background in crappy screens

I'd recommend having the cloud icon without any background or maybe just a stitched square to let the user know where to drop files, than an animation when something is dropped, and when uploaded, using the actual background with a list ^^

Perhaps have the tick the same color as the background of the panel (i.e. looking transparent). Love it though.

The overall design looks great. In my opinion, the button should have a darker exterior trace, but the colours of it look awesome. Also, as I can understand the upper box is like a special kind of form, and forms have inner shadows, you know what I mean? Maybe a inner soft shadow would add some volume to the design.
