A little preview of how viewing your tracked tags would look.
Scrolling to the very top of the dashboard would reveal a search field along with a tags button (as shown). Tapping this button would push all posts down to reveal the tags list.
Sorry about the poor quality on the notification bubble. It is much easier to see when the image isn't a gif.

Really swell! One thing is for the glyph of the pencil/write, you might want to change the inner corner radius :P Is tumblr hiring you for this?

Ha, I wish they were.
It really is just a side project. Some practice.
Their app has been something very disappointing to me so I have been working on concepts for a while and I just wanted to see if I could make them closer to reality.
