    Loved Sean's credit card form so much I decided to expand on it a little bit.

    We can target which type of credit card is being used via the first number entered. 4 = Visa, 5 = MC, 3 = Amex, etc. With that information, we can provide the correct type image as the user enters the numbers.

    I also spruced up the layout to look more like an actual credit card. Added @font-face attributes as well.
