   Brighter maybe? reduce the inner shadow for the frame and a little more white for the gears' gradient. Maybe just me :) it looks 'sad' to sit along with other 'happy' icons :)

   These look great! Only thing that bugs me is the perspective of the notebook/contacts icon. IMO I'd let the pages visible up top to be match the rest of the icons a bit better.
