Dashboard - UX Design
At Another Circus, we take pride in always delivering exquisite results & solutions for our clients. For myself and the UX/UI team, this means transforming the client brief, input & data into something meaningful and actionable. Empowering our clients to improve the experience for their customers.
In this project, we were responsible for the redesign of the dashboard app. Like many MVPs, the early product was lacking in usability, features and functionality.
In the summer of 2018, our team at Another Circus kicked off an exciting project to enhance the Dashboard with a customizable way for users to view their data. Our mission for this project was to empower the users, allowing them to see the data they wanted to see, in the way they wanted to see it. The competitors offered solutions that were of bad quality, concerning both UX and UI.
The new Dashboard includes the new ability to create & customize dashboards full of customer experience data, in a usable and straightforward way. I am immensely proud of what our team accomplished and can’t wait to see how our clients will utilize this new functionality.
The feedback - so far - from the client and the users, was one of unanimous appraisal.
I was responsible for the UX/UI direction, use cases, user flows, wireframes and our UX/UI Designer, Elena Fyseki, transformed the previous into a delightful, usable UI.
