It's really clean and functional. I like it a lot. Just be careful with the semiotic, because in the same modal, you are using "X" to close and to highlight the "error"

Looking good! I think the alignment of the button is a bit off. I realize it's centered but it is close to the size of the CVV field so it feels off on the left becuase they don't line up. I'm wondering if it would be better to make the button wider, or to right align it?

Curious, why is the button not aligned with the input fields?
Maybe it would also look better if the button has the same width as the input field, not sure.. but def. worth a try?

Clean. I'd suggest adding a light grey line separating the form from the Add Card button, a grey Cancel button (at which point you could get rid of the X) and aligning the two buttons to the right (Add Card button on the right).

Like it at all! :) But you should move that button (1/2 pxls to left). And might make that green button little bit sharper on the bottom (stroke) :) keep it up.

This looks great. A couple of comments, a) couldn't you detect the card type based on the credit card number? and b) I would change "Your Name" to "Name on card". Nice work. :)
