There is something about the timeline that is sitting right, I love the treatment however the use of space doesn't seem like its working it looks like I would force the user to have to scroll a lot. I also think the filter for timeline would work better pinned across the top. however that being said the design is very nice an clean with good segmentation.

It is hard to feel it via screenshot. The editing controls in the bottom right seem to be :hover activated? how would that work on touch devices?
I don't like that the timeline is split in two. Items would have much more space for content if the posts were full width, more of them would fit to a screen and they would also be easier to scan.

Side note: "Tomorrow" is spelled incorrectly, in the two different places.

Very nice palette, but the 'y' in Wednesday (spelling error :D) is cutting into the '0' on the timeline item. Could make the day uppercase, downsize the month and year line or make the date ('DD') larger to allow more space between both lines while maintaining the top and bottom alignments you got going. Keep it up!
