Top left - a bit hard to read, and I see the 'I' in the negative space. I know what you're going for with this one, but I don't think it's working at all.

Bottom left - hard to read.
Bottom right - works well, and definitely more legible than the others.
But, I really like what you tried to do in the first one with the negative space. Maybe it's worth exploring again, maybe using a shape of a brick, maybe using other negative spaces within the letterforms, etc?

Bottom left type, maybe you could take the icon down with the type or try with the original icon. Love the colors!

I think the bottom right has the most potential. Also, looks like you could explore a more extended brand off of that option too.

Maybe add arms to the "I" to provide a stronger balance.

The bottom right seems the best because is very different from the others, but the one in the top right is very clean, istitutional and the concept of brick is clearer

I'm digging the bottom right so far. I think top left has potential to be really nice, but the negative space needs some tweaking. Good work!

i like the top right but i'm afraid it's already been done before. bottom right is great, and the vertical "RBC" works nicely as well. maybe try to align the period with the I a little more, looks awesome!!

I love the idea of the bottom right. Perhaps, for an icon, you could make a solid red brick with an 'R' cut-out or pressed into it. and then type out the whole word 'redbrick' beside or below. Great work, textures, balance, font & direction.
