Damn, I found it hard enough making a Moleskine notebook face down, nice work with the angle. Maybe the individual pages could be a bit more defined? Looks a bit like a solid piece of rubber or something, rather than paper. Otherwise, perfect!

Nice! This looks like it's 3D almost. Awesome work, Mike. Only improvements I could suggest would be try and give it a more Moleskine-y texture, whilst keeping it beautifully subtle.
I'm not sure about the pages. If think if you added the lines, it might ruin it, but then again it might not. Definitely worth trying anyway :)
