I think the shadows under the metal... things... could be touched up a little bit (maybe toned down?), but everything else looks real nice. I especially dig that blue button. Great job :)

Great on the design aspect, but I suggest changing "Did you **forgot** your password?" to forget. Nice pixels all the same, great colors!

If I may...
1. Never use exclamatory marks on buttons or in an interface. It looks very immature.
2. You've grouped 'forgot your password' and 'need an account' and used one button, which doesn't quite seem right. I'd rather demarcate these two separate things.
Also, the language can be improved, but I don't think that matters :P
