OK, not trying to be a duche, but after my initial amazement at your uncanny use of color and texture, I noticed something that started bugging me - the alignment.
Have you tried aligning the banner with the white line? (so the incut vertically aligns with the white line) And then pushing the background badge up further in relation to the banner, so the banner is more vertically aligned with the badge? Not a whole lot, cause I realize you have that text there that needs some room to breathe, but right now it's a little bottom heavy.

I really like the colors here, great job! Something which jumped out at me - the tail part of the ribbon looks a bit "flat", maybe a gradient here or some shading will align it better visually with the body of the ribbon?
