After some input from here and from my client, I revised the Sign Up screen to have smaller buttons, removed Google Plus, added a a progress indicator in the top bar and fixed up the input fields. Fullsize

I am loving those buttons! But I agree with the comments above, removing the 'or' between them, and changing the color of the 'sign up' button will make it so much better
