   Wow, a post has been long overdue! This toggle got it's inspiration from by what @ITu did with his rendition of @Chris Allen eCommerce add to cart button.

   I really like the overall GUI shape, but it needed a bit more sharpness to the styling (more of a rain drop shape). Hope you enjoy the PSD Freebie.
